Cumin Seafood Stir-Fry

1             pound cod cut in 1 1/2″ chunks ( or favorite fish)
1/2        pound crab meat cooked
1/2        pound shrimp fresh, peeled and deveined
1             cup fish stock
3            green peppier finely chopped
3            cups mushrooms sliced
2            cups green onions
2            tablespoons parsley finely chopped
1            teaspoon  thyme crushed
1 1/2   cups Walden Farms Alfredo Sauce
2           tablespoons olive oil
1           teaspoons cumin
             sea salt to taste
             pepper to taste

 

Sear fish and shrimp in olive oil.  Set aside.  Using the same pan, saute green onions with mushrooms.  Add green peppers and cumin seeds.  Add lemon juice and fish stock.  Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.  Add Alfredo sauce.  (Reduce if needed, until the sauce coats a spoon).  Add fish, shrimp and crab.  Finish simmering on low temperature.

Just before serving add parsley, thyme, salt and pepper.

Serve in a soup bowl.  4 Servings.

*If desired,  add miracle noodles for a larger meal.
